100% authentic Italian experience. Blown away by the quality and selection of treats and baked goods. I wanted one of everything! Can't wait to come back again. Their almond croissant was like an out-of-body experience. North Conway has many choices for coffee, and Cafe Italia beats them all by a mile! Hurry up and try them for yourselves. Guarantee you'll love it.

Such a lovely couple who run this cafe. We tried all croissant flavours and all were delicious. The lattes were tasty and cannolis are always a good choice.

Found this little slice of heaven on a weekend road trip. The espresso was good and was really there for the dessert. From cheesecake to cannoli. I could not choose which was my favorite. I enjoyed the cake so much I had to make a trip back. The staff is great! I look forward to my next visit!

Great coffee place in Conway! Very friendly service. My egg and mozzarella on an English was delicious and the espresso/cappuccino were top notch!

I felt like I was talking to my Nonna. The canolli and the gelato was fantastic. I just wish I lived closer. Thank you for being so kind.

I got a latte and a few macarons and absolutely loved it! The latte was just perfect!! I'd come here every day if I lived in town, but I'll definitely be coming back next time I visit. The owners are really nice too.

I stopped in this cafe on a girl's trip and we all loved it so much we had to go back the next day. The coffee was so good, food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. I woke up today wishing i was still in Conway so i could have this coffee and breakfast again!
